TALENT DIRECTOR (Remote - Warsaw)

We are a talent consultancy that focuses on delivering scalable, flexible and robust recruiting solutions to fast-growing companies in Europe.

We focus on our customer s needs, delivering through efficiency and utilizing data to improve overall recruiting strategies.

Currently, we are scaling up and have a team of amazing recruiters, sources, and technologists around the world. We have been working with diverse clients such as Wolt, Cargo One, i2x, Leapsome, Solarisbank, etc. to help them build the internal TA team and successfully help them scale up by finding the best talent.

Tasks

• You will be leading a team of 20+ TA partners and sourcers at companies like Wolt, N26, Grover, Solarisbank, and Leapsome to improve their recruitment processes.
• Hire, develop and motivate a great talent acquisition team.
• Provide mentorship, guidance, and development opportunities to your team.
• Nurture a culture of continuous improvement to improve our processes across the entire hiring lifecycle.
• Develop metrics to track, monitor, and improve our process.
• Increase the efficiency of recruiting teams by setting up the right tools and removing unnecessary friction.
• Build relationships and collaborate with our partners.

Requirements

• 5+ years of recruiting experience and 3+ years of experience in leading and building excellent talent acquisitions teams in start-ups/scale-ups.
• Strong mentoring and leadership skills.
• Exceptional problem-solving with an emphasis on operational rigor.
• Excellent understanding of recruiting analytics.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders with competing priorities by setting clear and realistic expectations.
• Great written and spoken English communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information.
