Position Name:Data Migration – Business Analyst

Job Description:

Create detailed design, develops code / modifies / tests programs for configuration, development, customization, migration, conversion, maintenance and testing small to medium non-complex components of a project module WITH THE OBJECTIVE of ensuring least defects in the product / release WITHIN the client and project specifications.

Responsibilities:

Sr. Product Specialist (T) Science / Engineering graduate.Understand specifications, conducts HLD design, owns development and testing projects for medium to large or complex components of a project module for configuration, development, customization, migration, conversion, maintenance and testing WITH THE OBJECTIVE of ensuring complete coverage of clients requirements and product quality WITHIN the client and project specifications..Pre-sales: - Participate in pre-sales interactions with customers when showcasing solution etc. - Participate in solution response teams to ensure technical feasibility Provide support to the Product Consultant by creating case studies, solution etc. under guidance, when required.Product Consulting: - Provide support to the product consultant, through analyzing customer requirements and provide recommendations through interactions with the customer - Coordinate with onsite team / clients for requirements gathering / functional clarifications Identify value-adds (e.g. enhance existing features) which can address repeated issues during implementation.Project Management: - Create estimates for project planning - Participate in deployment activities like reviewing all deliverables as per the delivery checklist and mock testing all deliverables - Participate in periodic internal review meetings Prepare status reports and share the same with the Product Consultant for review - Create impact analysis for change requests/ maintenance issues in own area of work and seek review from Product Consultant - Interface with quality reviewers and auditors for the projects Submit necessary artifacts, data etc. as requested by the DAG.Design and Implementation: - Monitor design, development and testing to ensure alignment with requirements traceability matrix Create high level design - Guide the product specialist in translating the high level design into detailed design - Review to ensure that the design is comprehensive.

• NGENIUM work experience with familiarity in the Data Migration area
• Create detailed design, develops code / modifies / tests programs for configuration, development, customization, maintenance.
• Testing small to medium non-complex components of a project module WITH THE OBJECTIVE of ensuring least defects in the product / release WITHIN the client and project specifications.
• Ability to groom up the junior team members in the team.
• Write Functional Specifications and taking the same forward for walkthroughs, reviews until sign-off is obtained.
• Co-ordinate with Offshore for the Data Migration Track.

Qualifications:

• INGENIUM work experience of at least 5 Plus Years
• Total work experience of at least 7 Plus Years
• Create detailed design, develops code / modifies / tests programs for configuration, development, customization, maintenance.
• Testing small to medium non-complex components of a project module WITH THE OBJECTIVE of ensuring least defects in the product / release WITHIN the client and project specifications.
• Ability to speak and write Japanese; Must be JLPT N2 / N1 certified
• Prepare Functional Specifications
