Industrial Paint Lead

Pay: $19-25/hr.

Hours: Monday-Friday

Job Type: Temp-Hire

Location: Tulsa, Oklahoma

Job Description:

Responsible for the overall performance of the paint team including all safety, quality and production targets Monitor output and waste from the team and ensure actions are taken when outputs do not meet established standards Interface with other Leads, support staff, and off-shifts to ensure good communication and prioritizing. Train employees within the assigned work group. Train employees on the proper recording of tasks on timecards including rework. Assist in the development, implementation, and adherence to standard work. Encourage adherence to all policies as outlined in the Employee Handbook Lead and/or participate in continuous improvement activities. Maintain a daily clean work environment prior to the end of each shift Perform basic troubleshooting to assist support group.

Position Requirements and Skills:

Able to supervise multiple employees and processes effectively. Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles is helpful. Must possess excellent interpersonal skills such as communication, leadership, team building, etc. Must possess excellent problem-solving skills. Must be shift flexible, including weekends as required. Must have displayed a history of above average personal attendance. Must have displayed a history of excellent personal conduct. Ability to work well with others.
