Responsibilities:

• Team support to promote projects on schedule
• PMBOK-based documentation
• Preparation and facilitation of materials for conferences and workshops
• Creation of materials for team members
• Tasks and risk management in PMO operations
• Communication in English with the team of the German affiliate
• Support for the creation of the following materials in the requirement definition phaseAttribute mapping, AS/IS&TO/BE definition document of business process, function definition document, GUI/form definition document, data flow diagram, data correlation diagram, job list, I/F requirement definition, I/F architect definition, user role management, non-functional requirement definition
• Project support after requirements phase (ordering, development, testing, UAT, data cleansing/migration, training, rollout).

Qualifications:

• PMBOK-based IT project management experience
• Japanese native or Japanese test level 1 or higher
• Business English (TOEIC 740 or higher): Requires negotiation skills in English
• Experience and knowledge of BoM, logistic, and SCM IT projects in assembly and manufacturing
• Documentation, presentation, and facilitation skills
• Communication skills with team members (about 15 people)
• Project experience of more than 1 billion yen, and PMO leading of more than 20 members
• Proactive and positive attitude toward work
• Microsoft offiece (PowerPoint, Excel, MS Project,Teams,etc.), experience in using SharePoint, Confluence, etc.
• Communication and work in remote work.

Skills that can be used:

• Skills and knowledge of SAP products and SAP-related projects
• Experience in assembly and manufacturing projects for vehicle OEMs.
