Great relocation package with paid flights, initial accommodation, and competitive pay starting as Band 3 21,777 rising to Band 5 25,655 per annum.

We are recruiting qualified Adult Care Nurses who wish to relocate to the UK and work for one of our partner Trusts. We have several placements with a very competitive relocation package, including help with flights, initial accommodation, and support with gaining you registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Council UK (NMC).

About the role

You will be responsible for working within a multi-disciplinary team, providing a safe, effective, efficient care environment for patients. The duties of a Registered Nurse vary depending on experience and place of work.

Some duties involve:

Assess, plan, implement and evaluate patient care plans
Complete tasks such as preparing patients for operations, treating wounds and monitoring pulse, blood pressure and temperature
Observe and document the condition of patients
Administer medications
Assist with tests and evaluations
Respond to emergencies and changing patient situations
Plan patient discharges from hospital and liaise with the wider multi-disciplinary team (MDT)
Communicate effectively with patients and their relatives and carers
Provide health promotion and education to patients about their health
Delegate tasks and organise staff
Mentor student and junior Nurses
Maintain patient records and documentation
With additional training Nurses can also take on extended roles such as venepuncture, cannulation, wound care and enteral feeding, among other skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential because Nurses are expected to keep patients, relatives, carers and colleagues regularly updated about care and progress.

NHS Professionals International provides individually tailored support to ensure you have the best possible experience coming to live and work in the UK, and complete your Objective Structured Clinical Examination (OSCE) exam. Once you have passed your OSCE, you will become a Band 5 Nurse.

To apply for this post, you will have/be:

At least 10 months paid experience as a qualified Nurse in a hospital environment
You will need to have successfully completed and achieved a pass mark in English from either OET (level B in reading, speaking, listening and writing C+) or alternately IELTS Academic (level 7 in reading, speaking and listening and level 6.5 in writing)
Able to demonstrate strong skills and the ability to indicate a caring and compassionate demeanour
