They are one of the known contact centers partnering with different international And global companies in gaming industries. This is a licensed business operating in Makati city. Position: Mandarin HR Senior Officer Location: Makati City Work Set up: Onsite Industry: Online Gaming Salary: SGD2,300 (Officer) SGD3,600 (Supervisor) Schedule: Dayshift Mon-Fri (8am-6pm) Benefits: HMO Life Insurance Leave Benefits Air-Ticket if not in Ph Meal Allowance Transportation Can provide Working Visa Requirements: Native Malaysian, Singaporean or Taiwanese but open to Filipino-Chinese who can speak, read and write Mandarin fluently Bachelors degree graduate of HR, Psychology or related course Must have background in recruitment or HR experience Familiar and knowledgeable in Workday Basic to conversational English communication skills 40 years old below Responsibilities: Plan, implement and manage the overall Talent Acquisition strategy Provide counseling and support on policies and procedures Perform duties such as job descriptions, job posting and promotion and hiring analytics Create, implement and manage onboarding plans Identified KPIs for HR department Plan and implement training programs Assist in performance management and employee evaluation Maintaining employee records and paperwork Adhere to laws and regulations Drawing up plans for future personnel hiring procedures and goals Recruitment Process: Initial Interview (f2f or skype) Final Interview (f2f or skype)
