Job Description:

EDUCATION/CERTIFICATIONS MANDATORY:

• Requires an advanced law degree

WORK EXPERIENCE MANDATORY:

• 2-5 years of experience in the field or in a related area.
• Has extensive knowledge of commonly used legal concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field.
• Has extensive knowledge of legal procedures relating to the areas of law practiced by the Office.
• Variances to the level of expertise requirements to meet the demand and nature of the request

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide advanced or more specialized support in the areas of, but not limited to FOIA/Acquisitions/FOIA Appeals/ Indian Trust Litigation.
• GS Equivalent: 13 14 - Paralegal
