Your Work:

Make outbound phone calls to qualified candidates and conduct interviews
Use lead generation activities to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly goals.
Make at least 20 calls per day to meet goals.
Attend weekly training sessions to further your personal and professional development.
Manage a team of fantastic co-workers
