GlowTouch Technologies is hiring Customer Service Representatives
Onsite
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent educational experience
Proficient in English for both verbal and written (required)
If resume is in Spanish - Automatically Disqualified
Retail, service, or call center experience preferred
Previous BPO / Call center experience preferred
Must have a Dominican ID
Voice and chat role (mostly voice)
Ability to work at least a Saturday or Sunday every week

In the new contact center, Plaza center in Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic
Work Schedule:
Hours are 11:30am to 8:00pm EST
Salary:
$180 pesos/hr
