PLM Senior Consultant /Lead consultant

Position Name:PLM Senior Consultant Lead consultant

Responsibilities:

• In the role as PLM Business Consultant, you will anchor the engagement of development of the Scrum teams
• You will be pivotal to problem definition and facilitating the discovery of the overall solution and guide teams on the overall solution and architecture.
• As a thought leader in the PLM domain, you will be the key advisor to solution architecture and design of the overall application.
• You will assist in in-house capability building.
• You will have the opportunity to shape value-adding consulting solutions that enable our clients to meet the changing needs of the global landscape.

Qualification:

• Understanding customer’s existing processes, systems/tools, and challenges, then coming up with solution/proposal using PLM systems
• Understanding of BOM & Design tools (CAD)
• Consultancy experience of understanding customer challenges and proposing PLM solutions
• Strong team working skills
• More than 5 years of PLM experience (Preferred PLM knowledge for Discrete, Retail industries)
• Manufacturing / Shop floor knowledge and understanding of manufacturing processes, tools, and systems (Nice to have)
• Global team working experience (Nice to have)
• Experience in negotiation with Clients.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in Auto-mobile or manufacturing domain knowledge
• Good understanding of Retain, Life sciences domain
