A skilled Human Resource Administrator consult with top executives on strategic planning; and serve as a link between an organizations management and its employees.
Ultimately, HR specific tasks include handling employment contracts, recruiting, and setting up interviews for open positions in the company.
Their major Job Duties includes:
A well skilled Human Resource Administor must be Proactivity, have advising and coaching skills.
Supports human resource processes information Systems.
Recruitment and final selection.
Reviewing and renewing company policies and legal compliance.
Substantiates applicants' skills by administering and scoring tests.
Administer tests, scheduling appointments, conducting orientation, maintaining records and information.
Schedules examinations by coordinating appointments.
HR data and analytics.
Skills and Qualifications:
OND/HND/BSC in Social Science course of study.
Understanding of Business Practices, Budgeting, Financial Knowledge, In-Depth Research and Analysis.
Computer Proficiency, Interpersonal Communication, Client Relationships, Writing, Public Speaking, Creativity, Innovation, Adaptability, Leadership, Managerial Skills, Multi-Tasking.
