Job Description

Our client is a leading Nigerian conglomerate with capabilities that span a diverse array of industries including manufacturing retail distribution marketing and power generation.

Responsibilities:

  • Sales of industrial chemical products and achieve sustained and Profitable growth for the company.
  • Closing of sales visiting and maintaining good customer relationships.
  • Achieve or surpass monthly sales targets for all SKUs in the Chemical department.
  • Ensure prompt collection of outstanding credit sales and accurate posting to customer accounts to prevent overdue payments.
  • Provide weekly marketing and competitor reports to assist in pricing strategies for improved profitability.

  • Client acquisition and business development
  • Process credit facility requests for both existing and new customers to boost business turnover.
  • Generate a sales forecast at the beginning of each month to aid in departmental sales planning.
  • Conduct periodic customer satisfaction assessments and provide feedback accordingly.
  • Coordinate with the sales administrator for timely processing of sales orders and make sure that goods are quickly delivered to customers through effective liaison with logistics and warehouse departments.


Requirements

  • Minimum of B.Sc/HND in Chemical Science or Industrial Chemical.
  • Minimum of 2 years of sales experience in Industrial chemical products.
  • Adequate product knowledge market dynamics and key customer segments within the sector.
  • Strong organizational and planning abilities.
  • Leadership and managerial skills for effective team coordination.
