Leadership level HR Opening at Mumbai

Our client from Speciality Chemicals Manufacturing sector is looking for a senior HR professional to lead the HR function for the Group.

Job Responsibilities:

Responsible for leading HR Strategy and Operations (Talent Acquisition, L&D, PMS, Talent Management, ER/IR, need-based OD interventions) for the INR 1500 Cr organisation.

Position reports to the Group CEO.

Mandatory Requirements:

Qualification: Full-time Post-Graduation in HR from a reputed Management Institution. Engineering qualification at Graduate level will be an added advantage.

Experience : 25+ years of post qualification experience, preferably in Manufacturing & Sales organisations.
