When customers call their banks they are actually calling our customer. There they help people by answering questions, processing transactions, and resolving their issues! They provide awesome customer service on behalf of the big companies you deal with every day.

THIS IS THE RIGHT JOB FOR YOU (m/f/d) IF YOU ARE ABLE TO:

• Speak on the phone and use a computer
• Empathize and be friendly with people you have never met
• Use logic and solve problems
• Be part of a team

NICE TO HAVE (BUT NOT REQUIRED):

• Customer service background
• Understanding of a call center environment
• Experience with financial services, healthcare, technology companies, or something similar
