The right candidate would be:
Coachable and open to learning new ideas, concepts and systems
Focused and Goal driven
Display Effective Leadership qualities such as Self-awareness, Integrity, Accountability, Confidence and Innovation
Work independently online and remotely to a high standard
Participate, contribute and engage in your own personal and professional development
Extend yourself, your skills and coach to support and train others
Enjoy working with like-minded individuals in a supportive community, with people from all works of life
Have the minimum of 2 years work experience
Your duties:
Market and promote our products, courses, programs and events
Engage and advertise on various social medial platforms
Attend daily live training calls to improve and up-skill
Set weekly targets and goals to achieve
Build good rapport with clients and build strong networks
Model leadership and inspire others to grow your own team
