Our customer

Our client is a Dutch information services company which operates in over 150 countries.

As a L1 Technical Support Representative, you will be supporting a cloud-based software. This software is used by lawyers to manage their documents and accounting, in Belgium and The Netherlands. Together with your colleagues, you will ensure a competent and friendly technical support experience through phone or email. Part of your daily activities will be:

Creating cases in a CRM environment

Troubleshooting customer queries in relation to different domains such as; performance, technical, and functional.

Offline researching underlying causes of presented issues by the clients

Escalating and rerouting the necessary matters and issues to other departments.

Required skills

• Fluent in Dutch

• Working proficiency in English

• Excellent communication skills
