Job Description

- Create daily crew schedule and tasks for the team.
- Make sure all crew is organized as per the schedule.
- Arrange all crew transportation.
- Supervise onsite overtime and deliver the reports on time.
- Supervise all petty cash and expenses on site with organized sheets to be handed over to the financial department
- Ensure that the PMs and other crew are aware of crew placement, arrival and departure dates
- Create a quarterly equipment maintenance schedule, and follow up on the progress.
