Flex Suisse is the leading service provider for supporting legal and compliance departments with flexible staffing, managed legal services and professional search in Switzerland and Liechtenstein. For our latest mandate we are looking for a highly motivated talent in the following field:
Pharma | Senior Legal Counsel | Frauenfeld & Remote | Temp. 3-6 months | 100% | Dez. 2022 | CHF 150 000+
Tasks
- Counsel on promotional activities, marketing strategies and distribution arrangements
- Advise on corporate and commercial matters across a variety of functions
- Negotiate, draft and review commercial contracts and legal documents
- Render cross-departmental support on pharma related questions
- Assist with legal guidance and support for the Swiss market
Requirements
- Fluent in German and English
- Prior exposure to commercial contracting
- In-depth experience in commercial and pharma law
- At least 5 years of PQE in a law firm or in the life science industry
- University degree in Swiss law, additional qualifications are an asset
