QA Team Lead (w/m/x)

Deine Aufgaben

• You will lead and further develop our QA team
• You design and implement a coherent QA concept for our robots' hardware and software that integrates automated software testing, simulation-in-the-loop, and robot-in-the-loop testing with a roll-out strategy for safely bringing new software onto the robots in the field
• You create adaptive testing strategies for effectively and efficiently discovering bugs as early as possible, considering feedback from robots in production

Dein Profil

• You have 3+ years of experience designing testing processes for complex hardware/software products
• Your analytical and methodological approach to effective testing is convincing
• You have a proactive attitude with a view for things to be improved
• Preferably, you are experienced in team management
• You are fluent in English, basic German skills are helpful
