Junior Cloud Consultant (m/f/d)

Liquid Reply is the trusted partner for Cloud Agnostic solutions, Kubernetes Platform Engineering & Cloud Native Development. With our approaches, we design environments and migrate complex and fast-moving applications. Platform Engineering is the foundation and mindset which we bring to our clients to go with them the whole cloud native transformation journey.

Tasks

• Support the implementation of cloud architectures as well as the migration of existing local architectures to AWS/Azure/GCP
• Develop IaC deployments with Terraform or Pulumi
• Implement and automate CI/CD pipelines based on GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, CircleCI, etc.
• Realize Cloud Cost Engineering for system landscapes
• Help our clients with their cloud migration and application modernization
• Creation of relevant content for customers and interested parties about their own field of activity (e.g. professional articles, blog posts, conference presentations)

Requirements

• Successfully completed university studies in (business) computer science, (business) mathematics, physics or similar
• First cloud experience with Amazon Web Services, Microsoft Azure or Google Cloud Platform (certifications are a plus, but not necessary)
• Practical experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform, Ansible or Cloud SDKs
• Concepts, tools and frameworks such as Kubernetes, containers, microservices, cloud native architectures, self-contained systems, site reliability engineering are known
• You have heard of agile approaches (e.g. Scrum, Kanban)
• Very good communication skills in English and German, willingness to travel
