Senior Credit & Collections Specialist with Nordics

Tasks

In your day-to-day:

• You will handle the collection of receivables by working closely with the customers and other finance teams
• You will resolve cases of non-payment
• You will follow up on overdue invoices with customers, collection agencies, and end consumers
• You will manage customer relationships
• You will regularly assess and review the credit risk of the customer, calculate and suggest the required credit limits
• You will decide on the release of the blocked orders
• You will suggest improvement measures and support their implementation
• You will lead the process and improvement-focused projects for Credit and Collections
• You will ensure the lowest possible write-off for uncollected balances
• You will be the backup for the Team Leader

Requirements

You're the right person if:

• You have +5 years of experience in the Accounting/Business area
• You re fluent in English and Swedish or Finnish or Danish
• You have a strong Finance Acumen
• You have solid experience with SAP
• You're experienced in a Shared Service environment or similar
• You re detail-oriented and customer orientation
• You have solid interpersonal skills
• You have strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• You're a highly results-driven and self-motivated team player
• You re curious and are keen on continuous development
• You have a University degree
• You have a broad and deep theoretical understanding of Credit and Collections
