Tasks

About the role

This is an ideal opportunity for an ambitious Business Development Representative to join a fast-scaling business at an exciting time in our development. Otonomee has a unique offering in the BPO space and is primed for very significant growth in the coming years. We are looking for someone who can hit the ground running and make an immediate impact, someone with proven experience selling B2B services to internationally scaling businesses.

What you ll be doing

  • Identify, develop and win new business opportunities from Otonomee s ideal customer profile.
  • Identify, buil dand develop a network of key business stakeholders, decision makers and influencers in target sectors and existing markets.
  • Identify key target clients through networking, referrals, events, marketing collaborations and outbound prospecting.
  • Working with marketing and demand generation to develop strategies that target key sectors.
  • Establishing and developing relationships with any key decision makers within prospective new clients to heighten the Company s chance of securing any future outsource activity
  • Work with the commercial team to research background information on potential new customers and to fully diagnose customer s needs
  • Working with sales support to produce new business proposals and responses to tenders and ensure that team produce effective documents to the required standard
  • Undertaking sales presentations, coordinating relevant colleagues input and taking overall responsibility for the outcome of each pitch
  • Meeting all individual quarterly and yearly sales targets
  • Acting as an internal consultant on new business and client issues as required

Requirements

About you

  • Extensive experience in a client service and/or sales role
  • Preferably have experience within various aspects of the BPO sector (e.g. Contact Center)
  • A proven self-starter who can demonstrate a track record in identifying and winning new business opportunities.
  • Demonstration of an excellent range of effective communication skills with the ability to adapt styles according to the demands of the audience is essential to high-net-worth accounts and/or have a company structure where there are multiple buyers of direct marketing services

  • An understanding of future innovations within customer experience
  • An essential requirement is the ability to persuade and influence others with proven negotiation and sales skills and the ability to work at a senior level
