What you will get to do

• Establish our first paid marketing campaigns for driving new subscribers
• Laying the technical groundwork (attribution tracking, platform setup, reporting)
• Keyword & competitor research to establish the strategy
• Building the initial campaigns on selected channels (likely: FB, IG, GDN, SEM, App Stores)
• Setting up a testing process for messaging, creative, and segmentation to quickly identify the best opportunities for scaling
• Ongoing management and optimisation of campaigns

This role is perfect for you if you

• At least have 2 years of hands-on Paid Search experience across various platforms
• Thorough knowledge of search engine products, settings, optimisation opportunities and platform features
• Proficient in analyzing data and providing actionable insights
• Enjoy setting up tools and channels from scratch and being part of the launch of a new product
• Are fluent in English, German language skills are beneficial but not essential
