Job Description

Hi,

Role: HR IT Service Now

Location: Remote

Contract: Long term project

Client: TCS/USAA

JD

Configure and Implement Service Now Core HR Applications and Employee Service Center - Users, Groups, Skills, and Roles, Assignment Rules, HR Services, HR Catalog Items, and Record Producers, HR Service Portal Branding

Integration with different tools / platforms

Understand how to Configure Security Options to Protect HR Data

Java Scripting knowledge and hands on experience on it.

Experience in leading implementations of Service Now HRSD solutions

Understanding of other HR technologies (PeopleSoft HCM, Cornerstone On Demand, etc.)

Good to have:

Service Now HRSD Certification

Hands-on migrating data from different tools into Service Now.

Understanding of other Service Now products

Familiarity with UI, SQL, HTML and CSS

Knowledge of XML and structural programming concepts

Knowledge of ITIL processes

Advanced problem-solving ability

Excellent communication and presentation skills

Organization and time management skills
