Our dedicated marketing and sales team ensures that we are successfully represented with our open-source services and partner products in the DACH region, as well as BENELUX and APAC. As our team grows across Switzerland and internationally, we are looking forward to expanding our team with an engaged Marketing Assistant (MAS) in the Netherlands for the DACH region.

Tasks

What your role at Adfinis would be

As MAS, you will report to the Marketing Manager (based in the Netherlands) and support him in his daily business by taking care of the administration of all marketing activities and measures. Occasionally, you also will support our Customer Development Managers (Sales) with customer data management in our CRM system.

You facilitate and administrate the booking of campaigns and other advertisement measures and are in charge of handling advertisement offers. You will also be responsible for research and listing of all advertisement channels and will handle the according commercial processes and communication.

What you will take responsibility for

• Administration and reporting of online and offline campaigns (incl. content gathering and optimization)
• Administration of commercial marketing processes (for example regarding partner marketing)
• Setup, monitoring, and optimization of websites, search engine marketing, and social advertising (LinkedIn, YouTube, Twitter)
• Coordination and support of lead nurturing, newsletters, and e-mail marketing
• Assistance with content creation and maintenance of the Adfinis website, its landing pages, and other channels
• Communication and coordination with suppliers, agencies, and colleagues

Requirements

What you should bring along

• 3-5 years of working experience in a similar role
• MBO+ or HBO work and thinking level with a completed commercial education in marketing or economics
• Experience with online marketing, search engine marketing, and social media ads
• Experience with working with a CRM system
• Great data management and documentation skills
• Excellent organizational, teamwork, and communication skills
• A self-reliant and diligent work style
• A passion for social interactions and a positive and open (source) mindset
• Fluent proficiency in English, German is an advantage
• A good sense of humor
