For our office in Porto or Nuremberg, we are looking for an experienced (Senior) Consultant Financial Services who would like to become part of a highly qualified, international team.

We support our customers in the development of strategic decision-making bases as well as in the design and implementation of innovative solutions in the area of End2End integration and process automation.

Tasks

• Advising globally leading private banks on their business transformation journey
• Turning strategies into measurable success: Development of target operating models, redesigning end-to-end processes, and creating digital road-maps to operationalize business targets and growth strategies
• Project Portfolio Management: Supporting our customers in orchestrating digital initiatives and ambitions with focus on value/cost ratio
• Customer-centric concepts: Analysis, validation, and assessment of customer needs, creating targeted offers and strategy-driven technology use cases
• Alternatively, to a specialization in private banking, you will have the opportunity to work on projects in different industries, including automotive, public administration and insurance
• Leading role within customer projects, including stakeholder management, presentations, facilitating workshops or meetings on site (UK / Germany / Switzerland)

Requirements

• Successfully completed university studies and at least 2 years of professional work experience as a consultant in the digital environment, preferably in the Banking/ Finance sector
• Experience with process design and automation use cases
• Impact-driven: applying IT and business expertise to optimize processes via digitization
• Experience with agile and waterfall project management and methodology (e.g., SCRUM)
• Very good knowledge of PowerPoint and Excel and excellent moderation and communication skills
• High degree of personal responsibility, team spirit, and people skills
• Very good English skills and high willingness to travel (primarily UK and Europe)
