Information Systems Manager (m/w/d)

3B Pharmaceuticals GmbH (3BP) is a growing pharmaceutical company in Berlin specializing in the research and development of tumor-targeted radiopharmaceuticals for the therapy and diagnosis of difficult-to-treat types of cancer. Our activities range from compound discovery and research to early clinical development and require competent support of the corresponding IT infrastructure and its users.

To support and develop our evolving IT platform, we are looking for an experienced Information Systems Manager to join our administration team.

Tasks

You will be responsible for the management of operational and support activities as well as the strategic development and documentation of the IT system at 3BP. You will work closely with all functions of the company and coordinate the interaction with our external IT service provider to implement and maintain a reliable and safe IT system supporting our pharmaceutical research and development activities.

Oversee and support current and future IT systems

Coordination of configuration, maintenance, change management, and user support with an external IT service provider

Hands-on resolution of certain time-critical IT support issues in-house

Strategic development of a vital data management environment and implementation of system enhancements and modifications

Documentation of IT systems and implementation of quality management measures to minimize the risk for business processes

Cross-functional collaboration to oversee all data-related needs and solve challenges creatively

Administrative management of expert systems

Requirements

A passion for the management and development of complex IT systems

Broad IT knowledge and in-depth knowledge of established standards and methods in IT service management

Comfortable working in a dynamic environment

Can-Do attitude

Willingness and motivation to define and maintain a coherent and useful IT systems documentation

Strong communication and organizational skills

Experience working in a regulated environment (ISO 9001, ISO/IEC 27001, CFR 21 Part 11) would be desirable but not essential.
