Join the growing commercial to help the team to grow their customer base and disrupt the smart-home tech market to re-invent the way tech services are delivered.

YOUR MISSION WITH MILA

As a talented commercial relationship manager with a flair for project delivery and scaling up new business, you will successfully onboard new channel partners and work closely with existing partners to expand services and business growth, with a focus on German speaking accounts. Mila s channel partners include retailers, Telcos, technology brands and other large technology focused companies.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Onboard and launch new channel partners, ensuring successful pilot outcomes through effective project management and coordination between each partner s key points of contact and internal Mila teams
  • Act as the key point of contact for your assigned accounts
  • Continuously identify opportunities to increase service offerings and booking volumes for established accounts that are assigned to you, and implement initiatives and marketing activities to grow the business with each partner.
  • Establish scaling plans with each key account, and implement initiatives through well-defined and executed project management to achieve scale-up in total service bookings.

Requirements

THIS IS YOU

  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in account development and project management within a fast-moving, technology-centric business
  • German native and fluent in English
  • Extraordinary interpersonal, communication and organisational skills, including handling complex partner projects with clear milestones, timeline and objectives
  • You love working in a fast-spaced and high-growth environment. You re a team player who thrives on the energy of working with a great team. You have a pragmatic approach to find solutions and get things done
  • A growth hacking mindset, ie finding ways to achieve break-through performance with creative and alternative solutions, based on data and new techniques
