Our client is a leading Specialty Tire producer. They have been supplying tires to more than 50 countries worldwide since 2002 with sales offices in the United States, Germany, France, Netherlands, Spain and Australia. They produce high-performance tires for Agriculture, Material Handling and Construction vehicles. Our client has built its latest Advanced Specialty Tire factory in 2018.
- generate & execute sales within your assigned territories North & East parts of Germany
- Develop strategic business growth plans together with the General Manager
- Improving customer service standards
- Managing processes of sales forecast, planning and CRM
You must have about 10 years of experience in the specialty Tire Service Industry
(B to B) and in the Agriculture Tire field and you should know the German dealer/distributor network business.
You have good knowledge of Specialty Tires, and distributor business and you understand the OEM business.
You are committed to generating new sales and achieving outstanding business results.
You have proven people leadership skills, team orientation and managerial experience
and excellent communication and negotiation skills
You are fluent in German and English and you have a willingness for traveling
