Tasks

• You're a part of the team. You seek collaboration with your colleagues and create a performance boosting work environment
• Payroll management - you are responsible for all payment processes for our Portuguese entity and support with our German and Italian employees
• Managing HR records including, r sum s, applicant logs, and employee forms.
• Responding to HR-related queries within the company
• Absences management with our HR tool
• Time tracking follow-up for our different projects' tasks
• Discover and implement benefits and loyalty programs the company and our employees can benefit from

Requirements

• Conversation-proof English is a must
• You live the web and are interested in tech. You seek inspiration and have your own thoughts. You build and improve constantly.
• Prior experience in corporate or startup HR environments - 1 or 2 years of relevant experience in a human resources unit
• Any other form of human resources certification is also a plus.
• Good organizational skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Knowledge of database software, email systems, and office software.
• Highly proficient with Word, Excel and Outlook
• Knowledge of German is a plus
