SAP S/4 HANA Consultant (m/f/d)

Are you an SAP S/4HANA Consultant and want to contribute to the SAP revolution? Join us! You will become an essential part of our team focused on drive migration (Brownfield) and implementation (Greenfield) of S/4HANA for our prominent clients.

The team consists of SAP consultants and ABAP developers who support the daily operations of the customers and provide new solutions to make their business better. As part of this team, your main responsibility will be to lead and participate in S/4HANA new projects in close cooperation with other consultants and developers to achieve a successful implementation of the SAP S/4HANA solution.

Tasks

• High Impact communication with senior stakeholders: Conduct discovery meetings with customers and work with business clients to understand business problems being addressed by the project including estimating the time and effort to complete
• Configure applications to meet customer needs while providing best-practice guidance on customer processes
• Take initiatives to solve problems and overcome roadblocks
• Prepare detailed functional concepts and use-cases for developers
• Maintaining a hands-on role to ensure deadlines are met and key deliverables are always accurate
• Designing, implementing and supporting complex business processes in an SAP S/4 HANA environment
• Customizing of data and objects in SAP S/4HANA; solutions evaluation and validation of deployment
• Support data quality components during the implementation of the solution architectur and provide support for existing systems
• Work independently and within a team of developers and other consultants to deliver results
• Prepare technical design documents using enterprise standard documentation tools
• Interact with other development teams to ensure a consistent, uniform approach to software development
• Prepare test cases for acceptance tests
• Maintain documentation about application setting and prepare operational guides
• Train end-users on specific processes and applications
• Mentor, develop and build a team of SAP S/4 HANA consultants

Requirements

• 6+ years of overall SAP ERP implementation and support experience
• 1+ participation on SAP HANA project implementation
• Strong knowledge of SAP S/4 HANA processes
• Excellent interpersonal skills in areas such as teamwork, facilitation and negotiation
• Strong written, verbal communication and presentation skills to interact with all levels within the clients' company; ability to present and discuss strategies and technical information in a manner that establishes rapport, persuades others and establishes understanding for technical and non-technical audiences
• Ability to estimate the financial impact of various solution architecture alternatives
• Ability to conduct complex and interactive solutioning workshops
• Demonstrated leadership skills (organization, manage details, communication, and manage multiple priorities)
• Experience with license and services pre-sales activities
• Experience working directly for a large consulting company is a plus
• ABAP development and debugging skills are a plus
• German Skills C1
