Wir suchen einen engagierten IT-Systemadministrator (w/m/d), der
sich unserem IT-Infrastruktur-Team anschlie t und beim Support unseres
Netzwerks und unserer Systeme unterst tzt. Das Aufgabengebiet ist breit
gef chert und erfordert eine breite Palette von F higkeiten.

Du bist der Ansprechpartner in allen IT-Angelegenheiten f r unser
45-k pfiges Team am Standort in Mettmann. Dar ber hinaus unterst tzt Du weitere
User innerhalb der EMEA-Region.

Du unterst tzt das globale IT-Team bei der Planung und Einf hrung von Programmen,
sowie bei der Einf hrung und Einhaltung von Richtlinien in enger Abstimmung mit
unserem Headquarter in Hongkong.

Deine selbst ndige Arbeitsweise, sowie Deine F higkeit im Team Projekte
zu planen und betreuen runden Dein Profil ab.

We are looking for an ambitious and hardworking individual to join our IT infrastructure team, to help with supporting our network and systems, and to support our German users.

The role will be a wide-ranging in scope, utilising a diverse range of skillsets day to day, primarily your responsibility will be to support the German office users, but
will be also expected to help other users within EMEA in a supporting role.

The role will also include planning and rolling out software and policies, in line with our HQ head office in Hong Kong, and you will be expected to work on projects within a team and also alone and be able to plan and manage projects.

The ideal candidate will possess:

• Good communication skills and speaking German & English,
• A good work ethic and a strong desire to help and learn,
• Be able to work well within a team and willing to contribute to team meetings,
• Excellent troubleshooting skills, to be able to work under pressure and find faults/issues when they are maybe not easy to find, and time is a pressure,
• Ability to learn subject matter and be able to pass on and educate users to help improve efficiency and effectiveness.

Requirements

Der Kandidat bringt zudem idealerweise die folgenden Erfahrungen mit:

• Microsoft Windows Support Server und Professional in einer Unternehmens-/Active Directory-Umgebung,
• Netzwerken und VPN-Leitungen,
• Citrix Endbenutzer-Support,
• Software f r Endpoint-Sicherheitssysteme wie Kaspersky oder Symantec,
• MS Office 365, Teams, SharePoint und Power BI,
• IT-Helpdesk-/Anrufprotokollierungssystemen, wie z. B. JIRA,
• Anwendung von ERP Systemen,
• Hardware-Support f r Notebooks, Desktop- PCs, Telefonen und anderen Ger ten,
• Kenntnisse in der Produktion (insbesondere im Druckbereich) sind von sehr gro em Vorteil.

The candidate will also ideally have experience of:

• Microsoft Windows Support Server and Professional within an enterprise/active directory environment,
• Excellent overall knowledge of networking, VPNs,
• Citrix end-user support,
• Experience with managed and unmanaged endpoint security systems software like Kaspersky, Symantec,
• MS Office 365, Teams, SharePoint, Power BI,
• IT helpdesk/call logging systems experience, eg. JIRA,
• Any ERP system exposure and support are desirable,
• Experience first level hardware support to diagnose and help with laptop/PC/phone issue/other device issues,
• Knowledge in printing/manufacturing is a big plus
