As our Senior Recruiter (f/m/x) you will be a key representative of Futurepath to our clients and a key contributor to our business development. You will be working closely with your team lead, team, and also, driving cross-team projects. We are looking for a person based in Germany: you can either work from our HQ in Berlin or at any other location within Germany.

Responsibilities include:

What you will do:

  • Do what you know best: attract the talents that fulfill our clients expectations and requirements
  • Successfully manage a base of projects for permanent and freelance placements, these projects include Software Development, Analytics, Product, Agile, and Security and Safety, to give you an idea
  • Manage client/hiring manager relationships by being able to advise, influence, and manage expectations
  • Interview and assess active and passive talent, and present the opportunities that meet their career aspirations
  • Grow and develop a network of tech talent and mobility industry professionals by actively sourcing, networking, attending events, and getting involved in the industry
  • Keep track and optimize relevant channels, report data-driven key metrics, and continuously improve different hiring approaches
  • Contribute to our brand development as a tech recruiting partner via events, employer branding, processes, and more

Requirements

Who you are:

  • Want to be part of an international and diverse start-up company, and play a key role in its development
  • Have extensive experience in recruiting either from inhouse or agency models, and you would like to be part of a high-volume recruiting project
  • Have experience in client-facing, and you can confidently present and guide clients through your proposals
  • Passionate about recruiting and tech, and you can drive our efforts in meeting our clients needs by attracting the right talent
  • Obtained proven experience in building trusted relationships, using excellent judgement and strong communication skills across all levels of an organization
  • Feel comfortable in a fast-paced working environment
  • Have strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Have excellent English skills and great German skills

Selection process

Depending on the competence and the position you are interviewing for, the hiring process can include these steps:

  • After receiving your application, we will swiftly review it and get back to you.
  • As the next step, we invite you to an online video call to get to know you and tell you more about our company and the role.
  • (Depending on the position) we will ask you to prepare a small home assignment related to one of our current projects to understand your approach and analytical skills.
  • (Optional) a follow-up online call or an in-person interview together with our Managing Director and Business Development Manager.
  • You receive a contract proposal.
