UX Graduation Intern

With a human-centered approach we have built an incredible service. By using design techniques and real customer insights we constantly improve, develop and evolve our service. We are looking for aspiring UX designers, product designers and researchers to help us take Picnic to the next level.

What you do

• Co-create an inspiring graduation assignment that fits your learning goals and addresses a hands-on challenge
• Take ownership of your graduation project to bring deep level insights to real-life challenges
• Spread human-centered design culture across the company

Who you are

• Currently enrolled in a Master's Degree in a relevant field (e.g. Design for Interaction, Human Computer Interaction, Product Design)
• You have an inspiring portfolio to showcase a variety of (UX) projects
• Full-time (40 hours per week) availability for 6 months from September 2021
• Fluency in Dutch or English is required. Working proficiency in German or French is a plus
• Flexibility: Agile approach and ability to learn on the go
• Approachable: Can strike up a conversation with anyone
• Creativity: Out-of-the-box unconventional thinking

Picnic perks

In our modern Amsterdam office, you will have the freedom to experiment and evolve your own projects as well as the chance to test them on real customers. You will be part of an international, all-star team of ground-breaking entrepreneurs, brilliant designers, and research wizards that work with passion and dedication each day. But don't worry, at Picnic groceries aren't a chore - we play as hard as we work! Besides all this, you will get 600 euros per month for a full-time internship.
