(Senior) Venture Development Manager (m/w/d)

Tasks

We are looking for a Venture Development Manager to join our Commerical Development team. You will conceptualize and execute strategic initiatives that will help to develop arive and drive its mission to revolutionize Europe s Q-commerce landscape. Manage projects from end-to-end with a motivated and experienced team. On top of that, as one of the early members of arive, you will play a significant role in shaping the direction of our business. In particular, you:

• Conduct market, competitive and other crucial analyses to drive better decision-making
• Design and execute strategies to rapidly scale arive in Germany and Europe
• Collaborate with several departments and managers to identify opportunities for arive to develop
• Manage different internal and external stakeholder requests

Requirements

• A completed university degree in business or economics from a top tier university
• Ideally more than 2 years of practical experience in a fast-paced environment such as Consulting, Investment Banking, VC/PE or Business Development
• Very good analytical skills and distinctive understanding of numbers
• Quick perception and structured working methods
• Proficient with MS Office (especially Excel)
• Proficiency in German or English is required
