- Capital Markets Brokerage and Custody Knowledge - Account set up, Ledger management, position management, clearing and settlement, trade life cycle, messaging standards such as SWIFT/ISO, FIX
- Business Analysis discipline experience elicitation of requirements, white boarding, group interviewing and workshops, documentation in Confluence and Jira, Business analysis models such as flowcharts, decision tables etc. Agile experience Backlog refinement and grooming
- Some information technology awareness SQL, GUI and wireframes
- perform research into industry practices using available documents,
- schedule/conduct/document requirement discovery sessions,
- Take end to end ownership of requirement projects,
- create deliverables such as JIRA epics and stories, Confluence Pages,
- document Acceptance criteria
- describe to IT development and Test team,
- part product ownership responsibilities
