Must be a US Citizen or Green Card holder.

This role is completely remote and can sit anywhere in US. However the HM will prefer someone who are located in Central States (as the person will be working in CST time zone.)

This is going to be a longterm project and has huge possibility of extension!

Job Description

• This person will work primarily with the implementation team.
• Defined benefit (DB)/pension implementation experience for administration purposes
• Independent worker who can hit the ground running and ask effective questions
• Strong verbal communication skills
• Experience calculating pension benefits outside of a system (manual nonautomated calculations)
• Experience writing and using technical requirements documents
• Experience writing and using test plans
• Experience testing new systems and/or system changes

Required Knowledge Skills and Abilities: (Hiring Companies ATS Questions):

1. Extensive experience in the administration and implementation of defined benefit pension plans is crucial

2. Proven ability to perform complex pension benefit calculations manually ensuring accuracy without relying on automated systems.

3. Experience in creating and executing detailed test plans for system implementations and modifications ensuring all aspects are thoroughly tested.

4. Strong background in testing new systems and implementing system changes identifying and resolving issues to ensure optimal functionality.

5. Must be a US Citizen or Green Card holder.

Remote Work :

No
