Job Description
Why we are excited about you:
As the Digital Marketing Specialist, you will have the opportunity to position the company s digital growth initiatives by researching, developing, implementing, and managing iTi s digital presence and tracking effectiveness of marketing efforts. In this position, you will get to:
- Lead and drive PPC campaign strategies to ensure maximum ROI and meet iTi digital growth targets.
- Lead the data collection, analysis, and reporting efforts across all platforms to maximize ROI
- Lead web development and optimization efforts and be the internal SEO expert to maximize digital presence, enhance iTi brand image and drive leads
Requirements
We are looking for people who:
- Have a positive outlook and a strong ability to take responsibility for their successes and failures
- Have experience working with website optimization tools for A/B and multivariate testing (e.g., Google Web site Optimizer)
- Have a Google Adwords and Analytics Certification
- Have SEMRush , Hubspot , and WordPress experience
- Have meticulous attention to detail, with an overall passion for continuous improvement
- Possess at least three (3) years of experience in digital marketing
- Preferably have a bachelors degree in marketing and/or communications or proven equivalent work experience
