Job Description

We are looking for Qualified MBA / BBA / Any Graduates having 1-3 years of experience for our company based in Gurgaon. This position requires managing and supporting projects across the full range of subject matter supported by our legal team.

Job Title: Executive- Business Development

Key Responsibility Areas:

  • Responsible for the development and execution of all business & sales activities of Lawyered in a given assigned market
  • Initiate and coordinate the development of action plans to penetrate new markets
  • Assist in the development and implementation of marketing plans as needed
  • Submit accurate records of all pricings, sales, and activity reports
  • Maintain contact with all clients in the market area to ensure high levels of client satisfaction
  • Provide timely feedback to senior management regarding customer feedback
  • Ensure that all business activity is conducted in line with company values, policies and ethics codes of conduct
  • Maximize all sales opportunities through research of accounts and upselling techniques

Essentials:

  • 1-3 years of experience in logistics sales, vendor management, B2B, corporate and channel sales
  • Excellent communication & networking skills, written and verbal, keen attention to detail
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize workload
  • Self-starter – demonstrates good use of initiative with an enquiring/questioning nature
  • Exceptional organizational skills Excellent team player
  • Appreciation for cultural differences within a multinational firm
  • A good team player and a strong professional, capable of working with junior as well as senior staff
  • Ability to independently manage issues
  • Strong oral and written communication skills; excellent judgment; business sense; high standards of ethics, honesty, and integrity
  • Understanding of business goals and customer-focused
