• Develop innovative approach to review supply chain & procurement process effectiveness in accordance to department objectives.
• Track and communicate savings achieved from cost reduction and avoidance initiatives to determine effectiveness.
• Support procurement mangers on suppliers segmentation by providing spend analytics assessments and follow up on actions needed.
• Provide spend and saving analysis to identify trends and opportunities, whilst ensuring high accuracy.
• Support risk management assessment by ensuring department compliance and adherence to SOX requirements.
• Develop and optimize current reporting to improve efficiency and accuracy.
• Troubleshooting reporting and system issues, with effective problem solving to identify root cause and possible solutions.
• Build cross functional relationships to meet department objectives, business controls and compliance requirements
• Perform periodical follow up on department standard processes, ensuring they are accurate, up to date and relevant.
• Work closely with IT to develop and maintain KPIs dashboard and reports.
• Track KPIs and report on supply chain’s performance
• Assist in the management of PR/PO workflow system change by providing users support & training.
• Manage system changes and scheduled enhancements, working collaboratively with key stakeholders to translate business requirements into appropriate functional specifications.
