Job Description

- Support complex and business-critical technical projects implementing in-house and customer-facing solutions in the catering and onboard retail domain
- Create and maintain SOP, and architecture documentation for the Linux environment
- Create and maintain resolution Knowledgebase for common Linux platform issues
- Train Servicedesk & support engineers on simple incident resolutions
- 3rd level SME support of Linux Environment
- Responding to Linux OS failure alerts and taking necessary mitigation and remediation actions
- Analyze and resolve problems associated with Linux servers, hardware, applications, and software
- Improve and automate monitoring of the systems performance and Infrastructure layer
- Ensures compliance, OS hardening, Security and Patch management of Linux-based servers
- Resolution of simple & medium complex issues
- Contributor to disaster recovery planning and execution
