Our client has an amazing and fast growing online fashion brand with both wholesale and online retail channel.
We are seeking motivated individuals who are passionate about customer service to be on the frontline of the business.
The Role
You will be responsible for:
- Providing exceptional customer service!
- Product and company knowledge about our brand and mission
- Direct communication with customers Via Email, Live Chat & Phone.
- Sorting all stock discrepancies with customers.
- Proving insights & knowledge to customers on Products & Order status.
- Finding answers & sorting issues to every situation being faced.
- Take customers satisfaction to the next level!
- Assist in processing returns.
- Assisting Warehouse With Pick &/or Packing
- Data entry daily and liaise with courier services
- Product and company knowledge about our brand and mission

- An interest in styling and womens fashion
- Exceptional attention to details
-Previous E-commerce role desirable
- Pride and ownership of work
- Ability to take instructions and learn quickly
- Experience in working in a fast-paced working environment
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Knowledge of social media tools, including Facebook and Instagram
- Computer skills
