You will be responsible for helping their existing customers leverage the full power of their product by upselling a range of upgrades. Does thisjobsound like the perfect challenge for you? Your keyjobresponsibilities as theGerman speakingCustomer Success ManagerinCape Town, South Africawill include:

  • Selling upgrades to our extensive range of German-speaking hoteliers
  • Following up internally generated leads by our dedicated customer content marketing team within agreed response times
  • Managing your lead pipeline, never losing a deal opportunity out of sight
  • Reaching out to hoteliers directly, to advise them of the added benefits of the product
  • Deliver demos to interested hoteliers demonstrating the scope of the product and added benefits
  • Develop a deep understanding of their product suite and competitor pricing and product offering

Requirements for thisGerman speaking Customer Success Manager jobinCape Town, South Africa:

  • SpeaksGermanon a native level and able to communicate in English
  • Permanent residence permit or South African ID holders only
  • Patient and empathetic towards others, but naturally able to lead a conversation, deal with emotions and not afraid to upsell
  • Motivated working in a high-tech, fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment, requiring strong prioritisation abilities
  • Drive to revolutionise hoteliers worldwide
  • Self-motivated & ability to deliver under pressure
  • Team-player
  • Organised and great eye for detail
  • Affection for both international business & tech
