Our client is an IT Managed Services Provider that services the Australian private and public sector. The successful candidate will be providing IT support to our clients clients while meeting service level agreements


Job Description:

  • Maintaining client infrastructure and services
  • Supporting Microsoft 365/Azure solutions
  • Systems documentation and time-entry
  • Answering support calls and emails for Level 1 & 2 support of servers, networks & end-user devices


Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
  • 3+ years of experience in Microsoft 365 platform (Exchange/Sharepoint/Teams) essential
  • Windows Server (2012/2016/2019) AD/FS/DNS/DHCP Administration and Maintenance experience essential
  • Azure Active Directory
  • Networking (IP Addressing/Subnets/Routing/DNS/DHCP)
  • Virtualization (VMWare/HyperV)
  • Setting up new companies/tenants
  • Setting up configuration profiles to MS best practise
  • PowerShell/Scripting knowledge
  • Intune MDM and Autopilot deployments
  • Setting up configuration profiles from scratch
  • Modifying existing profiles for best practice

Job Qualifications:
  • Customer Service Experience essential
  • IT Diploma/Degree, or studying towards qualification
  • Microsoft Certification (MS900/MS100/AZ900/AZ500/AZ104/MD100 etc) well regarded
  • ITIL
  • CCNA
  • Internal platform-specific training and certification including 3CX, Datto, Autotask
