Sell2Rent is seeking an Investor Relations to join our remote team and be responsible forselling deals in the Real Estate industry.
Sell2Rent is revolutionizing Real Estate by creating a platform that empowers homeowners to sell their homes (and stay in them as renters) to investors who want to acquire those properties. S2R will bring to mainstream America what corporate America has had for decades: Lease-Backs. We will allow homeowners to unlock equity from their most significant asset, their home while allowing them to stay as renters. Sell2Rent is a technology-first company that sees a giant opportunity in the single-family home market. Starting in the US and then globally. Every year over six million homes are sold in the US alone. How many can be sold when owners realize they can sell, cash out and stay in the homes they love?
About the position
We're looking for anInvestor Relations to be responsible forselling deals in the Real Estate industry, she/he should have between 3-5 years of experience with sales, transactions and revenue generation.
Key Responsibilities
- Connect sellers with the best buyers
- Provide direct support in on-boarding new investors and in communication with prospective investors
- Support day-to-day investor needs via phone and email, providing timely response to investor questions
- Work with other members of the IR team to review and process information and related documents
- Review and distribute investor reports through the company s CRM
Requirements
- Bachelor s degree economics, finance, international business and background in analytics
- 3+ years of relevant work experience (sales, real estate)
- Experience working on a customer relationship management platform (CRM - Zoho CRM is a plus)
- Knowledge of real estate is a plus
- Required English proficiency (C1)
- Outstanding communication skills written and verbal
- Excels in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
- Highly organized, data-driven, and detail-oriented
