Job Description
- Design and develop healthcare and Cosmetics products and support their growth across Jordanian markets. Product ranges include common pharmacy categories such as dietary supplements, diagnostics, medical/electrical, personal care, cosmetics, and OTC medicines for target markets within Dumyah.
- Building the category strategy and execution plan.
- Identification and Development of relationships with key brands and Suppliers.
- Owning customer experience metrics and data quality.
- Identify defects and develop scalable processes to address and accelerate our commercials business.
- Weekly and monthly tracking of category metrics to monitor goals and dive deep where needed to drive continuous improvement.
- Process development and operational planning to support forecasting and new launches.
- Influencing the Marketing and catalog team, helping them to understand the brand, desired product positioning, key points of difference, and target customer.
