• Design and deliver OD strategies, processes and interventions that support AXA Egypt main goal to be number one insurance company in the market.
• Ensure including initiatives that foster a high performance culture, that values learning, continuous improvement and diversity.
• Support and identify performance improvement initiatives, through the implementation of 360 degree feedback process, undertaking internal diagnosis, reviewing process in order to understand issues and possible solutions.
• Work with the HR Internal Communications Lead to ensure effective communication and consultation processes and to build staff engagement.
• Develop job evaluation system, job descriptions; correct grading of positions, KPIs & objectives.
• Develop and update AXA Egypt organization structures.
• Develop HR policies, procedures and guidelines with the objective of meeting AXA Egypt strategies and business goals.
• Prepare and contribute to the development of HR reports, including: dashboards, turnover reports. etc
• Contribute to the employee relations through attending HR investigations.
