- Technical educational background is a plus, especiallywithin mechanical engineering, product development, naval architecture or similar.
- Ability to adapt new software, and preferably experience with Hubspot, Mailchimp and Html/css or Shopify.
- Ability to work independently, but you are also an excellent team player.
- Positive attitude and personal drive to succeed.
- Business English language knowledge. Scandinavian language will be a plus.
- Great social skills since you are a typical people-person and a good relationship builder.
- Genuine interest in maritime technology.
- Former experience and connections within defense industry is a plus
