- Ensure compliance with NRC policies, guidelines and standards
- Monitor, analyze and report on the security and political contexts in areas of operation
- Monitor, track, and analyze incidents and analyze their trends in areas of operation.
- Ensure consistency and accountability of security and safety procedures across the whole country programme
- Provide technical support to HSS staff in Area Offices, and support their capacity building through developing and providing thematic and generic security trainings
- Support Health, Safety and Security (HSS) staff in Area Offices in case of security incidents Support the revision of security documents
- Provide security briefings and collect the informed consent from new staff
