Job Description

  • Two to three (2 3) years providing IT infrastructure field support which includes troubleshooting hardware, software, operating system issues and problems and fixing the issues without impacting/violating the hardware warranty or customer security compliance requirement.
  • Hands on experience in installing, troubleshooting, and fixing laptops, desktops ,and other computer peripherals hardware problems.
  • Experience or ability to follow installation instructions and troubleshoot desktop applications.
  • Basic knowledge of enterprise LAN and WAN setups and concepts. Ability to perform smart hand activity under instruction at sites.
  • Skilled in ddesk-sidesupport and PC break/fix including basic administration of Windows OS/Mac OS.
  • Experience in ticketing system like ServiceNow or similar other tools.
  • Ability to work with IT vendors like Dell, HP etc for advanced issues.
  • Experience with Anti-spyware Anti-virus software.
  • Basic usage Knowledge of TCP/IP networking DNS, DHCP, VPN, and RDP.
  • Evaluation and installation of primary and peripheral ccomputers including, but not limited to monitors, keyboards, micomputers including machines, scanners wireless routers, racks, cabinets.
  • Ability to provide basic AAudiovisualtouch services. Setup/Install/troubleshoot Audio visual hardware s.
  • Ability to troubleshoot issues using good deductive reasoning skills under smart hands capability supported by Customer.
  • Smart hand support for Network, Servers ,and storage devices.



Desktop Breakfix Support, EUC Support, Desktop Troubleshooting, Network hands and eyes, corporate onsite support
